that the five-day notice requirement in Rule 23(a) of the Uniform                                                               
Rules be waived so that the Rules Committee may hear the following                                                              
today at 5:15 p.m.:                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 212                                                                                                         
     "An Act relating to funding for school construction and major                                                              
     maintenance; and relating to the regional educational attendance                                                           
     area and small municipal school district fund."
